These terms cover your use of Samey, a service provided by Venturion AI, a company registered in England and Wales. By ordering, you agree to them.
The service
- Channel audit: a one-off automated report on your newest public uploads, with suggested rewrites, usually delivered by email within minutes and always within 72 hours.
- Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription. It includes a larger audit, weekly checks of new uploads and, once available, one-click applying and undoing of rewrites on YouTube through Google sign-in. It renews until you cancel.
What we don’t promise
Samey gives you an independent opinion on patterns that may raise risk under YouTube’s policies. YouTube alone decides monetisation, and we can’t guarantee any outcome, including keeping or regaining monetisation. Samey is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Your part
You confirm the channel you submit is yours or that you’re authorised to act for it. Rewrites are generated automatically: read them before you use them. You stay responsible for what you publish, including any change you apply with one click.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Prices are in pounds sterling and are charged by Stripe at checkout. You can cancel Pro at any time from the “Manage subscription” link at the bottom of every page and it stops at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
